Portland born and Oregon educated, Paul Gardner graduated with his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University in 2006. Heading directly from university to the professional world, he began working for Daimler Trucks North America. Specializing in chassis and suspension development, Paul worked his way up through the technical ranks over the next 10 years. In 2011 his appetite for knowledge led him to Portland State University where he earned a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of work you will find Paul on a raft, bike, motorcycle, or in a pair of hiking boots adventuring the great outdoors.

Shehan graduated from the University of Oregon in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Music and in 2016 with a nursing degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Along the way he supported himself by building custom websites for a variety of industries. With a freshly earned nursing degree in hand he did the unthinkable and chose not to directly leverage his license, but to continue building his web development business. He couldn’t give up the entrepreneurial excitement and flexibility his consulting business gave him. From his long history of web development work, he has developed a talent for utilizing the web as a tool to connect companies with prospective clients and has collaborated directly with marketing teams. Shehan is excited to use his skills to connect the Shear Development team with prospective clients.
